Valley Station Apartment Homes

My husband and I have lived in Vida on Valley apartment and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff keep the community running well like a fine tuned machine and the maintenance staff almost seem to anticipate our maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don't ever plan on moving from here! Thank you Vida community!

I have lived here for 3 years thus far. I have seen a few managers come and go, along with it there were some issues that made you think about considering moving. But, I am happy to say that the new management company is awesome! Very friendly and understanding but, communication is the key. If you don’t speak up, they can’t help you. They are excellent at listening to our needs as tenants and getting any requests done in a timely manner. I love this new company! They have done some great work rebuilding these apartments and there’s more greatness to come!

My wife and I have moved here and are very happy. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Thank you Josh who is a manager of Vida on Valley Apartment. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment...
